1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Products (eBooks, Courses): Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 50% of the content has been accessed or consumed.

  • Coaching & Consulting Services: Refunds for coaching services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsatisfied with a session or package, please contact us to discuss your situation.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Contact us at info@thebusinessofyourdreams.org with your order number and a detailed explanation of your refund request.

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.

  • Step 3: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Content: Once more than 50% of a digital product (e.g., an eBook or course) has been accessed, refunds will not be issued.

  • Membership Subscriptions: Membership fees are non-refundable; however, we may offer prorated refunds based on usage in exceptional cases.

4. Dispute Resolution
